2. why would i bet pot there? would you expect him to call that much or you want to protect the hand(though it's hard to see what could ruin mine)?

I might check turn and let him hang himself on a non-[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] river if he wants. Or hang himself on a [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] river if he has a worse flush.
