I just tried testing my Party Theory and can't seem to make the problem happen.
The problem seems to happen when my computer has been on for a long time - like 8 hours. I first noticed it after going to sleep while watching a Party 100-200 game. When I woke up and logged off Party I had the problem. Have also had it after long sessions on Party. But just logging onto to Party and logging back off doesn't seem to Trip It. PairTheBoard

It seems to happen after a period of inactivity on my computer. Maybe PP has nothing to do with it.
