datamine on multiple skins

I just got a Euro account and have heard that it is possible to datamine 2 skins at once.

1) Is this true?

2) Where is the datamined info stored? Does it go into "my first pokertracker database"? Or does it need to be told that? My concern is that I will need to combine 2 different sets of data.
