Missing roughly $80 from my Gaming Club account

Here's the scenario:
Deposit - $200
Bonus earned - $120
Cash earned playing - $175(I'm on a good run, number pulled from PT and my own notes)
Total - $495

Current account balance is $412. TGC says they've credited me the full $120 already.

TGC support says I have to go through each hand and find where they didn't credit me. WTF is that about? Shouldn't that be there job? I'm hesitant to play there now because I'm worried I'm not going to get my money. This is the first time I've ever had a problem like this and I'm not really sure how to handle it.

Have you checked the bank total?

The message of the day total isn't my full total. It says $185 while the bank total shows $295.

There it is....very weird. I wake up this morning and my account is settled. Just wanted to clear the air on this. I'm wondering where that money was last night?? [img]/images/graemlins/confused.gif[/img] but no matter now I'm happy. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Some things there only update once per day (usually at midnight their time). I don't know this for certain, but maybe reflecting the bonus in your balance is one of those things.

Possibly a delay between when you left the table and when the "bank" gets updated.
