Lucky Chances switches to Spread Limit

i suppose i (and players like myself) are the only ones this will help...but the 2/3/5 and 20/40 nl games have been causing the middle limit games to break early when they get short cuz a lot of people would rather play 9 handed NL than 5 handed limit...
