What kind of player is he?

Unless he's fishy, he either has a 3flush with two lows under or a pair of tens. You are behind in both situations and aren't giving up much by folding 4th. (He may also have started with 3 to a straight flush if his two down cards are not lows, and the 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] is certainly going to put you very much behind as well.) Since you called fourth, fifth is a mandatory raise since you caught your miracle card and he bricked. The rest plays itself.

Since your hand is stronger than he would expect, I don't mind peeling one off on fourth and hope to get him for a lot more bets if I hit.

It's mostly centered around the 5th street raise. Is it standard? Seat 4 was new to me, kind of an unusual player--aggressively playing buried big/middle pairs.

But what about Seat 4's bet on 5th? Is it a good bet considering he's facing only the bring-in showing 3 wheel cards? I usually check here since he's called this far.

Playing greenage's hand, is folding 4th here to passive?

Edit:
brl answered most of my questions which I didn't read until after I posted. I'd like to hear more opinions though

If I'm in a good game I fold that every time.

Thanks for posting that. I would have played it similarly; but would have merely felt better on 5th rather than raising. Anyhow, I figured there must be some trick to it; otherwise, you would not have posted it, so I ran some 2 dimes sims for the opponent's likely hands on each street. I was surprised that hero is pretty far behind until 5th, where he just pulls even.

So, if the villian is playing a reasonable hand, it is a remarkable come from behind victory. I'm going to *try* to fold more often in this situation.
