I havent used my account since forever and I don't know what email address its registered for and they haven't been responding to my password request at the email I gave them? they don't have phone support but have always out performed most if not all sites that do.

seriously, my suggestion is to email cashier@paradisepoker.com and cc support. this will get you a quick answer. tell them you forgot your email you registered under and they will write back fast from the cashier addy.
