I agree they are taking advantage of the situation but i swear i've seen that post script before.

yeah, i saw that yesterday and hadn't remembered seeing it before. at least that will stop people from saying that the sites don't make float off of our deposits....

While they may be taking advantage of the situation, they run these promotions regularly. I signed up during one in late July, there was one in late August/early September and now one in mid-October.

They'd kinda be foolish not to make float on the deposits. They have millions of dollars of cash in the accounts at any one time. Any reasonable company would do the same.
