Default how should i have played this?

$5 mtt
Blinds 20/10 stacks 1500
2nd hand of the tournament

utg limps
button limps
sm blind calls
bm (hero) checks 7,2 suited

flop 3s 4c 5s

sb bets 50 (pot 80)
everyone calls
turn 9d
sb raises 450
i fold
everyone else pushes

results 3 sets 33s vs 55s vs 9s

it was early in the tourment so i figure i did not want to risk so many chips if i miss i am out and i figure my flush draw was no good with all the raising. How should i have played it?

New to poker

Unless you have spades fold on the flop. You're getting 2.6 to 1 odds and are a 5 to 1 dog with 8 outs and you probably don't have 8 good outs because 2 of them make a flush and all of them could result in a split pot. Plus, you've got 2 people left to act behind you that could have an overpair or some other decent hand and make a raise in which case you just threw away some chips for nothing.
