I think I like a river call better than a river raise, especially since CO is unknown. Basically your line makes no sense for pretty much any hand. Obviously button usually has QJ or diamonds. Cant see him checking behind this scary of a board with a pair here. So, if you checkraise and the CO is anywhere near competent he will not be folding a 9 or a ten. I like calling the 3bet tho, good 3rd level thinking.

Because T9 falls smack dab in the middle of a cold callers range. I don't see you ever taking this down on the flop. The flop is low enough that you'll get raised by any pair, and if you are somehow ahead, no one is folding and you'll be faced with the same decision on the turn.

at first i thought it was total spewage but the more i look at it the more i like it. you figured raising the river was better than just calling because it forces a fold from CO?and button's play just doesn't make any sense. the only hand he 3bets the river with are hands that have no showdown value.
