Pacific Poker reload bonus Question

Hello all. I deposited $500 yesturday to get the $100 reload bonus. Does the bonus come in right away or does it take a few days? I forgot to record how much I had before the deposit and am unsure if my bonus was received. I used Citadel if that makes any difference.

The bonus arrived about 15 minutes after deposit for me, automatically.

Got mine withed minutes - lost it minutes later by hidious players on 3 gut shot straights and a runner runner in 3/6.

MAN - worst players on the net and they KEEP KILLING ME in 3/6.
