Default David Apostolico\'s Books

I'm a fairly low-limit player, I generally play $5 and $10 SNG's on Stars and occasionally I'll play on the .25-.50 NL tables. I recently came across Tournament Poker and the Art of War, as well as Machiavellian Poker Strategy by Apostolico. I'm interested in military history, so the books appeal to me on that level, but I was wondering if anyone could speak to the more important poker aspect of them. Are any of the concepts in either book relevant to the games I play, or just more general concepts? Thanks...

I've only read the art of war, and wouldn't recommend it. I thought some of the tournament poker advice was terrible.
