Default 4th hand of a $3 tournament

I pick up QQ in the BB. 1st position limps. Cutoff limps. Button limps. SB Completes. Blinds are 10/20. I raise 120 to 140. I don't want weak aces and suited kings to get a cheap flop. 1st position, who I was paying attention to calls my raise of 120 and makes it 200 more (a raise to 340). All the rest fold to me. What's my play? What do you put him on?

In a 3 dollar tournament I wouldn't give a random player who limp-raises credit enough for AA or KK. Push, or just call and get it in on a non- a k board.

flop is 9 5 3 rainbow. I checked to the raiser. He bets 280.

All-in. The pot's worth winning here, and you don't want him to hit his set or overcards cheaply.

I can't get my chips in the middle fast enough. He'll call you with A5o and flop the ace, but you'll have done right.

I almost folded this preflop. The limp semi-small re-raise didn't scare you here?
