I think I've got it, so should I go with a spray, lotion or powder? I'm going to go to the pharmacy later today to pick some up and I will buy something based solely on the results of this poll.

Powder is good for prevention going forward. spray is good for curing it now.

Just use whatever John Madden is the spokesperson for. If anyone knows about athletes foot and jock itch it has to be Madden.

My wife was pissed when she read my Tinactin (SPRAY) can and realized it has the same active ingredient as yeast infection treatment at about a third the cost.
