I recently discovered itunes (I never downloaded music before...I was a few years too old for that fad to hit me). I browse for music when the table is slow, or listen to my purchases scrambed randomly. Most of it is stuff I liked, but never bought the album (one hit wonders, 70s hits, etc).

I usually listen to the "Bob & Tom" show. A syndicated radio morning show. Listen to it live if I'm up, or catch it archived that night while I'm playing.

Very funny stuff

I like a little west coast hip hop, maybe some Heiroglyphics or Atmosphere. Any thing to chill me out,

Other times I like some harder stuff like Blindside.

Talking of trying things, are there any jazz heads out there?
I've been meaning to give jazz a serious try for the longest time.
Listening to some Coltrane now (on Joe Tall's recommendation in an *old* David Ross post).

If there's any "you gotta hear this" Jazz, let me know.

Miles Davis.
Charlie Parker.

sometimes Thelonius Monk.

jazz definately works for me....but i usually just tune to the public-radio jazz station....especially since someone broke into my car and stole a good chunk of my CD's.
