Default Sinus infection

Im sick as a dog, Wed night went out drinking, low of 45 at night, didnt close balcolny door or windows, felt like [censored] thursday. Went out drinking friday night (very stupid, but old friends were in town). Feeel like utter [censored] today, I have more green phlegm than I know what to do with. Any suggestions?. I was thinking about taking a ton of nyquil and going to bed at 8:30? I slept a lot last night too...

If it's more of an irratation than an infection than some allergy meds will help with the symptoms. Claritin is my choice. Benedryl works too but makes me sleepy.

If it's actually an infection, usually denoted by slight blood in the discharge or even pain when touching your face, then you will need a doc. Most sinus infections will not go away without drugs. They will subside sometimes, but often come back a week or two later worse than ever.
