Default moldy weed

I have no clue where I heard this, hell, it may have been here. But, can you grow mold on weed, ie, bury it in a plastic bag for awhile, and then smoke it? I think I remember that i read/heard its way good, and slightly hallucingenic?

If you leave the bud on the plant too late in the season it will start to get mold(at least in the santa cruz/humbult climate). Never heard it was a hallucingen, thought it was a bad thing.

Molds are common, and can be nasty: Ramirez reports four policeman developing pulmonary histoplasmosis after pulling up a 5,000-square-meter plot of marijuana in Puerto Rico. Some fungi won't rot pot, but they will put you in the hospital.

Funny thing is my co worker use to grow weed for a living, and we were discussing this last night. He was saying it is harvest time.

if you put a lemon peel (or anything else that has a lot of moisture) in your bag/weed jar for too long, it will get the weed really moist and will eventually mold.

i've never smoked moldy weed, tho.

Don't make weed moldy on purpose.

Moldy weed has about zero market value for a reason - it loses its scent, "flavour" and will cause major coughing when smoked (not your regular "you don't get off if you don't cough" coughing - more like swallowing dust kinda cough).

It will get you no more (or less) high than non moldy weed.
