i haven't seen him play yet, but villain's stats are 56.12/12.84/0.67 after 670 hands.

Party Poker 20/40 Hold'em (5 handed) converter

if you don't raise this you miss out on a lot of value IMO. he calls with A high or better and his turn donk means nothing.

note his .67 aggression goes along with a 56 VPIP. doesn't that actually make him fairly aggressive?

nah I think that's still passive. Jeff W made a post last week about it. When an AF number is low, there is less of a difference in true aggression between 25 VPIP and 50 VPIP than when AF number is high.
