Default Neteller Card

Hi all, have a question about the neteller debit card.
Is this traceable to the IRS? I'm thinking of getting one

Of course it is. Have you ever received a payment of any type that is not traceable?

PS: The IRS has eyes everywhere, pay your taxes.... its the safe bet.

I've read before that it's issued by a US Bank. A glance at my card says it's Omni Bank.
I've read that ePassporte uses a European visa however. But I don't have an account with them. And I'm not recommending you cheat on your taxes.
