Folding AK on the button to a raise is still a bad play except in unusual situaitons.

I would definitely raise to about 350 so that you let him know that you have a hand and that way you might be able to take it way from him on the flop even if it misses you, and especially if you hit K or A on flop.
I would check a flop that missed me and see what he does, then reevaluate your hand. By checking you can still get away from it on the flop when you miss. I don't think smooth calling the raise pre flop is all that bad either given the amount of his raise. You definitely need to see the flop with a hand like this, but by raising you should get rid of the others that limped so you can be heads up against raiser. |
