Default Small Blind Question

Forgive me, but I can't find much in the archives. Lately, in NLHE Multi-tournaments on Party, I've come accross the following situation.

I'm in the SB, and there are numerous (4 or more) limpers before me, I almost always complete with any 2 cards. My question...Does anyone see a justifiable reason why I should not call the 1/2 bet? Besides the fact that I'm horribly out of position if I only catch a small piece of the flop, aren't I getting good enough odds on my 1/2 bet to at least look?

Good play or major hole? Help?!

I'd rather the cards have straight or flush possibility to complete. Doyle Brunson not withstanding, T2o type hands will get you into trouble when you hit your hand more than they'll win you big pots.

ynotgolf,
With lots of limpers I'll always complete with any 2 cards if I'm getting 10-1. BUT, if I'm calling with rags, I never bet on one pair, I only bet if I flop 2 pair, full house, nut flush draw, 8-out straight, fold the rest.
If you can keep yourself from betting when you only flop a pair (even top pair 'cause your kicker probably sucks), you won't waste too many chips.
Regards,
woodguy
