Default Middle Limit game selection at the Taj

I was having a discussion with a semi regular at the Taj on saturday night in a nice 10-20 game. We were talking about what is the best game in general there. 10-20, 15-30, or 20-40.

I have never played 20-40, but have played 10-20 quite a bit and some 15-30. I contend that the 10-20 is the best because of the sheer volume of fish in that game. She disliked the 10-20 because of the higher variability and preferred 20-40 because there are usually 1 or 2 big donators in every game just completely leaking chips.

Now that my bankroll has gone up I was considering playing more 15-30 and dipping into 20-40 on occation. What are some opinions on this? Also what do I need to consider in potentially playing against more tricky players in 20-40?
