Does your winrate exclude rake?

When people quote their bb/100 winrate does this include rake or is it somehow excluded by PokerTracker?

The rake comes out before you are awarded the pot. Your BB/100 does not include this money though PT does track how much was raked from every pot so you could add it back in if you really wanted to, but I see no reason why you would other than perhaps to compare different rake levels?
