boy... after 4 hours and 600 hands... I'm down $3.85 for an average of -1.27 BB/100.

After 4 hours, you'd like something a little more dramatic... either up a stack or down a few buyins. Make it feel like something happened.

I should be asleep but I'm in the "just one more win to get even trap." (this may be a bad sign.)

bad idea, it seems you know it is too

to maximize EV you should usually quit playing when tired, easier said than done though

and of course you should aim to not let results effect you

honestly my main motivation for playing my recent bender of live hours is the fact that i love doing my statistical analysis.

If you really, really feel this way take a break or stop playing now and get some rest. Seriously.

The very moment you start expecting certain results you've stepped inside the tilt circle. Don't focus on results. Focus on each and every decision. Don't waste energy hoping or wishing.
