\"Official\" Live at the Bike thread (9/26)
Tonight's show will be the return of low limit poker, being 8-16 limit. Last Friday's game had about 2 hours of not much happening poker until the appearance of former MTG professional Ben Rubin, who took over the table the last hour winning a couple of large pots. Who knows who'll turn up tonight, so head to www.liveatthebike.com from 6-9pm PT to follow the action.

Re: \"Official\" Live at the Bike thread (9/26)
Haven't seen a limit game in a while. I need practice with this anyway. Time to stop playing 2-4 at B&M and step up. Boy - People weren't kidding when they said 8-16 isn't that much harder than the lower limits. Just people with more $!!

Was 30/60 now available tonight? If you're going to call a 8/16 game "Bingo", why bother?

All the classic wrong pre flop decisions. Ax, any two suited, anything from the SB. I love it.

The PPT on ESPN isn't a done deal yet, as the Travel Channel is suing WPTE.

Re: \"Official\" Live at the Bike thread (9/26)
With a classic 10% max rake up to $4 (East coast) - what game starts to be more profitable with regard to rake? I'll just assume as you go up in limits the rake effect dwindles accordingly. And at what limits do most casinos start taking time charges.

PPT mostly has the top players, but allows the casinos to invite about five players, and also WPT announcers.
