Default 4 clubs on board and I don\'t have even one

Is this still the right play HU?

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 5 folds, Button calls, Hero raises, 1 fold, UTG+1 calls, Button calls.

Flop: (7 SB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, UTG+1 folds, Button calls.

Turn: (4.50 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button calls.

River: (6.50 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Button folds.

The plan is to fold to a raise.

Final Pot: 7.50 BB

nh, HU I think this is the right play if you stick with your plan of folding to the raise.

Looks OK. I think it's Clarkmeister's Theorem that bet/folding the river is better than check/calling or allowing it to get checked through because Villian might fold a low club.

Not necessarily a low club, but any hand that beats you. Set, straight, two pair, etc.

Betting is right, no question. Since there are so many clubs on board, the risk of him having one is reduced. And he may very well call with a worse hand (any ace or a ten with a good kicker). Add to that the possibility that he might (as suggested above) fold a small club, and you've got a clear bet.
