Fold. The optimum pushing range is something like 20% and IMO there is no way a typical pushes that much in this spot. Even if you knew he was playing according to theory, 66 is at the very bottom of the calling range.

Im folding. If the blinds were level 7 instead I call. However, with the button being so low in chips I must give UTG credit for a good opening hand, and right now it's not worth denting my stack with a call.
