Fold preflop. Ax is just too much trouble to play without the advantage of position. JMO

overcalling the river is rarely a great idea. especially with TP-bad kicker. showing some aggression on the flop or the turn wouldnt hurt. but in general, ATo isnt an especially playable hand from UTG at full ring.

The biggest problem with this hand is that youre more or less playing in the dark on all streets. A reraise on the flop may not give you much info either, since there is a heart draw out there.
On the flop and turn its difficult to know whether Mp3 is weak or strong. On the river I think he is milking you, but you probably have to call.
