NL100 6-max AA played ok?

I recently moved up to NL100 and I just wanted to see if I played this hand alright. Villian is a loose player (donkish) 48/2 after 35-40 hands. I personally had just sat down an orbit or two ago.

Is he donkish enough to have played for some obscure str8 that either just hit or just missed but made him two-pair. I like your play, the river I would think a check would be an ok play but I prefer a raise, and I guess since a riase commits you then push.

what is the river action? did u open push or check call a push?

bet more on the flop, the turn looks good, and i prefer c/c on the river.

I love it. I wouldn't be suprised if he had something gross like A9.

I think to many players miss out on value against bad players by C/C this river.

Throw out 14 or so on the flop, then, so long as villain calls, overbet any non spade turn with intentions of pushing the river. That is if action is not too heavy and the board does not pair.

Thanks guys. So, bet more on the flop is the general consensus? Given the flop/turn, how was the river?

The river was fine. That is not a scare card, it will rarely hit him.

check call river. I think pushing loses MOST hands we beat and loses the most from any hand we are losing to. Misssed FD easily folds where it might have desperation bet
