actually they are not that slow ,,, sometimes only few hours up to 24 hours usually. Alot faster than most sites.

it's the least they could do for charging us that damn dollar/pound each time.

Do you have your PIN yet? They still do that right? That takes a week+ in the US to receive.

Yeah got the PIN fairly quickly. Its been about 24 hours since cashing out.

Still no cash. I emailed and got no response so I called. The girl said sometimes it takes 3 days. I say its been almost 3 days. But she says "business days, the weekend doesnt count" and then she says "Dont worry about it." I want my money. Isnt all this automated? I dont understand the delay. This is the slowest site I have dealt with.

I cashed out to neteller the other day and it was in there within 24hrs. That damn site crashed on me so much. I wound up loosing a big pot because I got disconnected right after I made my river bet. They never responded to my disconnect protection request so I bailed. I don't mind loosing when I get outdrawn, outplayed, or screw up myself but it irked me because I lost because their site disconnected on me. Someone else is getting my rake now. rant over lol cheers
