I'm sure it's either or. And I'm dissapointned, because I want the book, but I didn't want to give up a $140~ deposit bonus to get it.

Anyway, I signed up for the book option regardless. FYI to all, it took me about 6 hours (mostly 3/6 full and 2/4 6-max, with a little bit of 3/6 6-max and a little bit of .50/$1 NL) to clear the 10k action points. The action points seemed to fly particularly fast when it got heads up. I ended up being down $25 at the end sadly, so one could conceivably say this book cost me 6 hours and $165.
