uneven raises, in themselves, does'nt necessarily mean +EV.
a fish will call any kind of raise. don't focus on uneven amounts, just focus on varying your play. taylor your raising amounts to how many players are in the hand, how good your hand is, how good the players are, and good they perceive you to be as a player.

Betting uneven amounts makes you look either stupid or extraordinarily lazy, possibly both. Can't... move... fingers... to... different... keys.

depends on how slippery the slider is... but if someone bets 99 or 123 or something like that I usually raise them to 423 or 399 for the heck of it....

maybe, but if the blinds are 15/30 with two limpers [105 pot preflop] and you're holding a raising hand, then 99 to 123 is definitely something i would do.

Some people bet a number ending in 9 to make the graphic look bigger. For example a bet of 99 is 3 greens 4 reds and 4 blues, while a bet of 100 is just 1 black. In theory, this larger stack might intimidate people into folding.

people who pay attention to the [larger] stack instead of the [actual] raise amount deserve to be intimidated. the only thing i care about is the [amount] of the raise, not how big the raise [looks] in stack size.
