However, in many cases the players will leave the site because they are no longer getting their rakeback, so Party does lose out as well.

I wish Party knew how many would be leaving to skins..

At Empire, "sub-affiliates" are not only legal, but encouraged. Rakeback gets deposited to my account directly by Empire.

By posting this you have endangered your affiliate and his players. Empire does not tolerate this sort of publicity about rakeback. Discretion is essential and publicly quoting rates is a no-no.

It's probable that one of the main drivers behind Party's attack on PokerNow was not the rakeback per se. It was the open advertising of rakeback in very public forums. Empire is trying to be smart about this. Don't provoke them into having to do something about your affiliate. Don't provoke Party into doing something about Empire.

Please do not post your affiliate's name or any more information about his plans.

Perhaps the affiliate is pulling a fast one and keeping all the rake for himself in hopes that the players under him will keep playing a lot?

Man we really need to get Mat to delete Gasoltub's post with MGR on it. I know you did it inadvertently, but please don't post that info out again as it is supposed to be very confidential and will just lead to another pokernow story. PM the moderator to have your post deleted if you can.

And why are you trying to get all these places boot Mike?? You would rather have affiliates keep more rakeback as opposed to players? Or better yet you would rather have party keep all the rake? What gives??

Negative captain. Empire is the exception to Party/skin's history of screwing people. I wouldn't stand behind any other skin, but Empire has full my full confidence for current and future deals.
