Do you know if any of the late night talk shows touched on this last night. Wednesday night was the first time they could have done it. It's a bit racy. But, I figure at least Comedy Central's Daily Show will use the court documents for some joke material.

It's obvious that she taped him from her direct quotes in the complaint...[censored] like "um,you know how hot it uh..it would be if um, we got naked..etc etc, plus her friend apparently was there.
And demanding money to not file suit isn't extortion its everyday life in the land of lawyers. They probally figured they would settle but O'Reilly is a bit stubborn so wouldn't be surpised if he thought I'll win the public opinion battle.--he may not have been aware that she had tapes.

If she has tapes then O'Reilly is toast...big time.

What?
He has to be the most arrogant, vile, impolite and vitriolic "news anchor" on the planet. How can these allegations surprise anyone?
Further, do many people you know discuss openly (never mind on national television) their sexual proclivities?

Personally, I think for the most part, O'Reilly is a boob. But I am a bit suprised too. I do think that this case isnt as straightforward as it seems. Several points jumped out me when I read through the motion

1) Did she complain to anyone? I dont remember seeing this anywhere?
2) Why did she keep going to dinner with the guy after the first alleged incident?
3) Why did she go back to Fox to work for the same guy?

Now I am not saying there arent legitimate defenses to those points, but you can bet his lawyers will be all over them. Either way, Id say he is in deep doodoo.
