Default omg Eurobet support are complete idiots

Here is some correspondance I had with them:

Hi,

I very much enjoy the 10/20 6-max texas hold'em games on your site. However, I asked you a question about software recently and you did not tell me what was and was not allowed, you merely gave me "recommendations". I also asked that you did not give me a blanket statement but rather responded to each individual piece of software telling me whether or not I'm allowed to use it, which you did not do.

Therefore, I again request that you respond and tell me whether I am allowed to use the following software while playing on Coral Eurobet Poker, responding to each piece of software individually, even if they are all forbidden:

1. Pokertracker
2. mIRC
3. Gametime+
4. Windows Calculator
5. Playerview
6. Command Prompt
7. Pokeredge
8. Microsoft Excel
9. Pokerstove
10. Turbo Texas Hold'em
11. SmartUI
12. AVG Free Edition

I wish to use some of these tools, although I would be content not using them, I would very much appreciate knowing whether or not they are allowed.

Thank you in advance for your response,

And the Eurobet response:

Dear Mr XXXXX,

Thank you for your message.

As previously explained to you and as advised by our poker department we do not support any of these programs.

Regards
Estrellita

I just sent them this:

Hi Estrellita

It is clear that you did not even read my email. Firstly, this is not the same list of programs that I sent you a few days ago. Secondly, could you possibly tell me exactly what objections you have to my using "SmartUI", a piece of software made by Brother to run with my printer/scanner? Or AVG free edition, my anti-virus software? Or half of the other programs on that list, most of them in fact?

In future, please read my emails before responding.

I await your reply,

THe problem is they don't have answers for most of the programs. They either don't know what they are or don't take a stance on them in case the program does something they don't know about. So they just blanketly say they don't support any of them b/c you don't need any other programs to just play their games.

With that said they are idiots and it would be great if they did something like the Stars support did. But this is the party network and they are about as knowledgable about customer support as their players are about poker.

Just use everything that people haven't gotten booted for (ie don't use pokeredge or pokerprophecy until they are cleared).

I tired taking this same approach with Party's support, and some guy with horrible english called my cell phone, and basically repeated the same [censored] they tell you in their e-mails. The only program he specifically mentioned as being illegal to use was Poker Prophecy.

I was under the impression that although Eurobet are part of the Party network, their support was separate. They certainly replied a lot more quickly than party tend to (within a few minutes).

Are you trying to get them to say no to all of them? Cause they arent gonna say the love any of them. WHich means if u finally get an explicit answer, it will be no. We all know what people got accounts closed for and what people arent. So let it go.

No, I just put in a few programs which are obviously allowed (like AVG free) so if they said no to all of them, it would be obvious they had no idea what they are talking about. Also, I think it's pretty funny.

You are correct. They also use a diffent cashier system, and are a land based sportsbook, making it the safest place to have your poker money IMO.

Nothing you posted indicated that they said they objected to this software, so I'm missing the point of this.

You mean because of their wording, "we do not support" rather than "we forbid the use of"?
