I used to play this a lot as a kid. My family loved this one.

I always liked Chinese Checkers and Parchesi a lot too. Also Stratego, and of course there's Monopoly.

Racko and Uno are great family card games too. I loved Racko.

My favorite board game of all time is Go. Inifinite depth and great complexity, and you can play and study it for a lifetime. Kind of the Japanese/Chinese version of Chess, with whole encyclopedias of moves and a huge supporting literature of analysis.

I'm curious how the Warhammer tabletop games might play.

There's a really great card game called Fluxx.
Also, when kids are involved, Cranium Cadoo is good, as is Uno.

I love Fluxx.

Also, I just started playing Ticket to Ride. Very cool.
