Twitching Eye

Man, my left eye keeps twitching. It's been doing this off and on for about a week now and it's really getting on my nerves. It's not really noticable to other people but it is really annoying. Any of you ever get this?

I think this can be a vitamin deficiency. Or, your head is going to explode.

I had this happen to me all last week. My lower eyelid on my left eye. I was also sick with a sore throat and stuffed up nose. Its all going away now and the eye twitching stopped.

If you wear contacts, try to wear them less. I found this helped with mine.
