Default Buy-In for a 5/10

What's an average or recommended amount to buy-in for at a 5/10 limit HE game?

Average is usually 20BB or $200. But I always like to buy in for more than what the average player is usually buying in for in that game. So I buy in for 30BB for whatever limit I am playing.

Mostly pyschological, but I feel it makes me look and feel like a 'winner' right away. I don't like playing with cash on the table. Going through a buyin happens to the best players in the world, but most of the time its fish that are playing with the cash on the table.
