Default Standard?

Think this is all pretty much typical play.

Villian: 61.11%/0.00%/0.17, 50% WTSD, only 18 hands.

I'd consider 3-betting the river, but would probably just call due to the nature of players check-calling then raising on the river with 2-pair or some other hand they just sucked out with.

3-betting this guy looks like suicide to me. Nice hand. What is your question here?

Villian either held KJ or hit two pair, it happens. Your play is fine.
Exactly what part were you questioning being standard? The river call?

Yeah, I was wondering if I should've 3-bet. That raise threw me, though; I don't know if he's ever clicked the 'raise' button before in his life.

Do not 3bet this guy. His postflop aggression is .17. He's likely LP-P fish.

Okay, good. That was exactly my thinking too. I actually thought (very briefly) of folding.

Villian shows AQ. Nice hand... dammit.

Can't fold here, even against LPP.

Nice hand.
