Default River value bet?

Villain is decent. In another hand, I had 33. He raises PF, I call. Flop comes 9 high rainbow with a 3. I check, he checks. Turn A, I bet pot he calls. River I bet pot he calls. He has AK. He chose to bring that hand up right before this, saying "you must be a real good poker player to hit that set of 3's".

River: ($180) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

Is this a clear river bet?

Probably, most decent villains are not going to check that river with the queen.

I like a small blocker and folding to a raise. Like 60-90. If you think he'll check-raise with two-pair, you might have to call.

I think you should blocker it, but I don't think I have the guts to.

He has position, so it cannot be a blocker bet. Only betting for value here.
