Given stack sizes, 3-bet push the flop. It's likely moneys going in the middle anyway, but just in case I'd get it in there while he is in love with his hand. Smells like QQ/JJ (hopefully).

I agree with AJ, I would put the rest in on the flop. It is unlikely he is folding anymore considering how much money he has already put in the middle.

I think it looks fine. 3-bet or no 3-bet on the flop, either way.
