TT vs UTG overbet

Empire Happy hour, blinds are 50/100. Villain has 3700 to start the hand and I have 3300. I played with him at my first table and he played a ton of hands for a limp, anything suited or connected, but I don't recall him raising pre-flop. Post flop he made min bets everytime, but would call big re-raises.

Now UTG he raises to 600. I have TT 2 off the button. FOlded to me. Do you play? Re-raise or call?

i think i call and push a non A/K flop. (unless we get some new info on the flop, or hitting a T)
