This varies a lot. One day, I had AA 7 times, and won only the blinds 5 times. One of those times I limped in, only the BB saw the flop, and folded to one bet. Other days, I get stuff like this, where I win the biggest pot I've won in 5/10 this year, with only TPTK:

I dont play the $5-10 Full's during the day at all. At night of late there have been regularly 3-4 very good tables. Right now 6pm est there isnt one game with a pot average above 7bb.Graveyard games are worth an extra 1.50-2.00bb/100.
