I'm assuming you played this way because he was short-stacked and went all in to your flop cap, right?

Capping with KQs is interesting. Button may think you're on a blind steal attempt, but he could have a better hand. In most situations, unless I read him as a LAG, I think I'd just call the 3-bet. You could be dominated (AK, AQ) or just plain behind (AA, KK).

Why? Because my image was kind of loose and I had been raising a lot before. I thought that there was no way these guys are goign to muck to me.

is the board rainbow or 2suited ... be more inclined to be the suited board, as flush draws will pay to draw dead here

Good point. Excellent point. Since no mention was made of suits, I assumed (poorly) that it was rainbow-rama.

i probably would slowplay this. flopping a boat when i don't have a pocket pair is one of the only times i slowplay, although since the cards are so high you might not get much action regardless. however, an A or a J could be great for you, and the turn giving someone a flush draw would also be great.

This is one of thoose times u can do booth. it depends on the table. If its thight and there is usually 3 or 4 way action then limping is good, but a normal microlimit game this is a raise even from UTG.
