Default Minor medical advice needed

So today I have fallen ill and I wanted to see if 2+2 could offer any advice.

Bascially, my body is rejecting whatever I put in it. I woke up this moring feeling nautious, but went to work anyway and had some ginger ale. About 2 hours later, I violently vomited what looked like all of the 16 ounces I drank.

Afterward, I felt fine, so I went home and brushed my teeth and returned to work. This time I drank about 10oz of water. Two hours later, it was the same result (and the clearest vomit I have ever produced). I went home, took a nap for 3 hours, had 16oz of orange juice, and two hours later vomited again, and this time as an added bonus the vomiting was accompanied by diarrhea.

I haven't eaten anything since midnight last night, and I feel relatively fine except for the vomiting spells and the lack of an appetite.

I'm really not the type of person who gets sick, so I don't know if this is a flu or a virus or whatever. Anyway, I would appreciate some advice.

You probably have some sort of stomach virus or maybe mild food poisoning.

Wait it out a bit longer, if you still can't hold anything down, see a doctor.

what did you eat in the day prior to getting sick?
have you been around any other sick people?
how are your bowel movements? any diarrhea? any constipation? any blood in the stool?
any fevers?
is the vomit always clear? is it ever yellowish-green looking like bile?
are you having any abdominal pain? any cramping?
have you ever had abdominal surgery in the past?
have you travelled anywhere recently?
