Why did you call the flop bet with just a pair?

Fold the flop bet. What are you trying to win? Your dollar back. You checked because your hand wasn't strong, your nut low was counterfited allready your high was a pair of aces. If your hand wasn't strong enough to bet how can it be strong enough to call a potbet. Your only other option besides folding was reraising to try and take it down right there which would have been better than just calling, but again you have to ask yourself why you are going any further with this hand, just fold it.

You flop play was kind of weak (calling with top pr and 2nd nut low) and turn and river brought the 2 best cards you could have asked for. Seems to be a marginal play unless you have some read/info on the bettor likes he's a LAG after the flop or something.

So what did the MP have?

Other than the easy fold this is on the flop, unless u have an amazing read. How does a person starting with $30 preflop raise to $45 on the turn. Did he have more money or am I missing something?

Because heads-up against a single opponent's range of hands he estimates to have less than 50% equity but greater than 33% equity?

Folding the flop is the safe play because it's difficult to play non-nut hands. From an equity perspective it's probably correct to check-call this flop.

I hadn't used the bison converter before, but the min raise put MP all in, he had like $8 left.

I posted this in haste last night and didn't give any info. MP was a tilted LAG, and was on his 3rd or 4th buyin. He would pot every hand preflop and on the flop. I was just hoping to catch a hand and wait for him to run over me. He showed AT for top two.

I checked because I knew he would bet. He would bet there with any Ace, and flush draw, and any low draw. I didn't raise the pot trying to take it down because I wasn't sure if I had the best hand or not, and he was sure to put all his chips in if I did.
