Default Need Help Plugging Leaks

Party 22's. I'm having trouble with this type of hand. Flop top pair top kicker on a board that has a flush draw and a (not too scary) str8 draw. I have position in this case but frequently will run into these types of hands from the blinds and I just don't think I'm playing them well. I know to charge the draws but it seems like they're more than happy to pay a lot or to jump all in. The turn just makes it even worse. Some advice on how to handle these situations would be much appreciated. The results lately have been extra painful as I've been correct that I'm ahead and then a 6 outer hits on the river on a regular basis. It's early and I don't want to dump a bunch of chips on an iffy hand. In a way I'm happy to let them bet with their weaker hands but I've been getting burned so much lately that I think this is a clear leak.

I have to go in a sec... but I'll say to fold pre-flop on the button.

A pair of 7's is a VERY vulnerable hand, even without the draws out there. Try not to fall in love with those hands and you'll be fine. Be more aggressive with them though if you're going to call down as you want to push out the draws and overs. You have position on the original bettor here which means you could raise on the flop/turn here to get a free card on a later street if checked to you.

A few things:

You don't have TPTK as you say in your post

Fold Preflop

Fold Preflop

If you are not willing to raise the flop with position and weak action in front of you, fold.

Fold Preflop

No way can you fold this preflop. It's sooted.

I'm hesitant to call 7's "top pair" in a jillion-way pot even if it is technically the highest card in the flop. I'd check/fold this flop if I took it off the blind or something.
