Default What\'s the best .50/1 site for a new player?

A relative of mine wants to start playing online poker recreationally at limits of .50/1 and 1/2. He wants me to recommend a site for him, but I haven't played those limits in so long that I'm not sure which site would be best for him. Below are the criteria (in no order) that he needs from a poker site.

1) The games at those limits must be soft enough so that a very tight, yet unskilled player can still expect to turn a profit.
2) The rake must not be prohibitive
3) Software and customer support must be decent, but they don't have to be the best.
4) There must be enough traffic, especially at peak hours and on weekends, so that he'll be able to find games to play
5) The software must not have easily accessible -EV casino games, side bets, or sportsbooks that might tempt him.

I'm thinking either Stars or UB would work, but I'm not sure about the game quality there. Anyone else have suggestions on what site might be good for my relative?

Thanks in advance...

Find a site where he gets frequent bonuses (like Bet365 or Absolute). Getting $10 every 50 or 100 hands helps a .5/1 player a lot. (Bet365 requires 1/2 tho)

Thanks for the reply, but bonuses are not really a concern. Making money isn't really the point for my relative, he just wants to be able to stay in action without having to redeposit... and I know that he's tight enough so that he'll be able to do this in very loose micro limit games. At which sites will the games be both loose enough at these stakes for him to be succesful with this and also satisfy the crieria of the original post?

Enjoy!

Edit: But Party Poker has the ultra fun side bets and blackjack now...So you'll have to tell him how, or show him, to hide this crap.

Stars has much lower rake for .50/1 than UB and many more games to chose.
