Default Party Skins

I know this question has been adressed many times but I have a question. I want to join all the party skins, according to some posts I need to use a clean computer. I went to my college computer lab and tried this, but it wouldnt' work. It gave the message "To prevent collusion....".

I tried about 8 computers at the lab, and all of them gave me this message.

Is this because accounts have already been created on all of these computers, or becuase of something else?

When I attempted to create the account I used the same E-mail address that I used for my other account, does this matter?

Considering this is a college campus, its entirely possible all 8 of those machines have indeed already been used to create accounts.

It's very easy possible that all your computers send/receive information through NAT technology and have only 1 external static IP address at gateway (main server or may be router which is dispatching internet access).

yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
you MUST use a dif email address.
I set several people up from college cpu labs and that was their problem precisely. as soon as they created a new hotmail address to use, they were fine.
