Why can't I get the hand converter to work?

I can't seem to get Bison's converter to work. I wanted to post a hand or 2 over the last couple of days, but when I put the HH into the converter, it doesn't come out right (They were interesting hands, but not interesting enough to mandate spending the time typing them out). My computer is [censored] up right now, so I've been using an old laptop (no PT) so I've just been requesting e-mail HH's for hands I thought were interesting. Every time I plug one of these into the converter though, I just get a few lines of text out the other side. I even tried digging up a hand from the txt file on my computer, and when I put that one in, the board came out alright, but none of the action did. Obviously it is working for some people as hands are being posted using it.

Anyone know if there's anything I can do to fix this? If not can someone please link me to a converter that works?

i just use this one

go the top where it says format and change it to 2+2 before you hit convert. it's been working for me.

Only thing I can add is that when the HH passes a Macintosh in any way, it doesn't convert anymore.
